Vineyards: Sourced from Eden Valley high in the Barossa ranges, known to produce outstanding wines. Intensity, depth and brightness are hallmarks of this sub-region resulting from the higher altitude that has lower peak day and much lower overnight temperatures than the Barossa Valley.
